Here's how to get an Apple Iphone from Bestbuy

On Sept 7th Bestbuy will begin selling the iphone.  To get one you should show up before the store opens to get a ticket which will reserve an iphone for you.   You then have to schedule an appointment to set it up and then your on your way.  If you don't believe me click here.
